Dahlia 'Karma Prospero' – soft pink cut flower dahlia with very long stems

Dahlia 'Karma Prospero' was introduced specifically for the cut flower world, but I think it's just as good an addition to the garden. Its flowers are soft pink with a hint of lilac. With their water lily-like shape and dark stems, they stand out beautifully above the contrasting green leaves.

Flowering and growth
Dahlia 'Karma Prospero' grows to about 100 cm tall and produces abundant flowers of about 13 cm across throughout the summer. The flowers stand upright on long, dark stems, making them ideal for picking. The more often you cut back the flowers, the more new buds will appear.

Location and care
Plant the tubers after the last frost in well-drained, fertile soil in a sunny spot. Water regularly during dry spells and remove spent flowers to prolong flowering.

Combination tip
It can be beautifully combined with other pastel shades such as Dahlia Sweet Nathalie .
